If you have been podkilled by another player on the test server and you wish your lost skillpoints returned, please post here, mentioning the name of the victim character.
If the attacker podkilled someone on purpose, he/she will be banned. If it was an accident (e.g. trying to clean drones at beacons using smartbombs) he/she will be given a warning and then temporary banned for repeated offense, if such is the case.
Be patient and polite when making your request.

Ultroth has his skillpoints back.
I made a note about both offenders, as the podding was done with a smartbomb, but on the next offense they will be temporary banned.

Restored your skillpoints and banned the offenders. Saltire is banned until the next mirror for repeated podkills in FD-MLJ.
Please don't start training again the skill you lost SP's in, it messes up things. If you report the loss during the week I usually get around to reimbursing it in the same day, but during the weekend I usually don't have access to my magic wand.

korrey - the reason of the ban was *intentional* podkilling. With a Heavy Pulse Laser II.
The ban is for 3 days.

BullRadu, I don't really see your point. That is a killmail bug and you could bug report it instead of using this tone on the forums. I moved you back to FD-MLJ.
